stillness of the mind. This amazing form of exercise is the perfect
complement to conventional training regimens which so often overlook
the importance of optimal flexibility and core strength. Yoga is
also a wonderful means of stress relief, countering the negative
effects of our fast-paced lifestyles.
Nicky offers Private Yoga Instruction in the Ashtanga and
Vinyasa Flow styles. The session will be adapted to your personal needs and capabilities.
The focus of the class can be on a number of different areas such as postural
correction, weight-loss, pure flexibility, core strength, sport specific eg. specifically
for cyclists or canoeists, and so on.
